HAIR MASKS RECIPES (HOMEMADE) FOR AFRO, CREPUS, FRIESTED HAIR
1.AVOCADO HAIR MASK AFRO, CREPUS, FRISES
- 1 mashed avocado,
- 1 melted shea butter,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, (extra virgin)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon fillet
Recipes II –
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil (Extra virgin)
Mix everything well, until a smooth paste is obtained. Apply from root to tip, parting tuft by tuft, then gently massage the scalp and work your way up to the ends. Wrap your hair in a plastic bag and put a scarf over it to avoid damage to the pillow, if you want to leave the mask on overnight, or 20-40mns then rinse and if necessary with a little conditioner. Frequency: It is recommended to apply a mask once a week, following the usual care (shampoo and conditioner).
Notes: Mask is always done on clean hair.
GARLIC OIL BATHS: ITS BENEFITS FOR AFRO, CREPY, FRIED HAIR
1.GARLIC FOR AFRO, CREPUS, FRISE HAIR
- 8 cloves of garlic
- a small glass of olive oil (drop glass)
Peel and crush the pods to make a puree. Heat the oil and pour it over the garlic purée. Let rest 2-3 days in the refrigerator. This garlic oil will be useful for massages on critical areas or in an oil bath. Obviously you will have to do 1-2 shampoos to remove the odor. It is a “miracle” product and lower cost to overcome falls, alopecia etc.
The mask and oil baths once a week or the oil bath every 2 weeks. For the oil garlic to see results fast enough, you still need to do it 2-3 a week.
Notes: The vinegar and lemon give off a strong garlic scent. Keep a maximum of ten days and at fridge !!!
- Garlic is contraindicated for people taking blood thinners: eg aspirin.
- To fully benefit from the benefits of garlic, it is better to consume it raw.
